Spicy bacon wrapped shrimp

I love shellfish! Crab, lobster, shrimp... yum, yum, yum! This is one of my favorite grilled shrimp recipes. And, what man does not love bacon? I've never met one.

Ingredients:

No measurements here, all by taste.

Extra large shrimp

Bacon

Pepper jack cheese (block is best)

Jalapeno peppers

Paprika

Cayenne pepper

Salt

Black pepper

Preparation:

Clean shrimp and set aside. In a bowl, mix the spices and toss with shrimp until [shrimp is] coated.

If the bacon is extra fatty, you may very slightly pre cook it on a frying pan.

Slice jalapeno and pepper jack, place on top of shrimp and wrap on bacon securing with a wet toothpick or two and place on a skewer. Grill until the bacon is crispy and enjoy!
